When Should I Pop that Pimple and How?

My topic for today is When Should I Pop that Pimple & How?

Are you as excited as I am about today’s topic? 

Let’s keep things moving.

Generally, I would tell you to keep those fingers to yourself and away from your face. However, I realized, different times bring different challenges.

In other words, I know the chances of you touching your face is much higher than usual. So, I highly recommend you leave it alone and practice some skincare TLC!!

However, if you feel like there’s no other choice but to pop pimple… It’s best to do it immediately after you take a nice warm shower.

I know tissue/toilette paper are at a high demand right now.

However, make sure you wrap both of your fingers up with tissues before you start going in on that pop pimple 

Be careful!! You could cause some scarring (The brown spots that takes wayyyy too long to go away)! - Be kind and gentle to your skin and try to avoid bruising your skin.

On a different note! Let’s have a little fun! If you’re anything like me, you could use some fun facts or fresh ideas right about now.

So, here we go! did you know you could use ice on that random un-welcomed pop pimple to reduce the size and the redness appearance?

Now, You might be wondering how?!?

By simply reducing the inflammation of your pimples, you're actually directly reducing the size of it.

In theory, gradually reducing the size of your pimple with ice can eventually make it go away completely.

Now, I specifically used the word “gradually” for a reason. I know some of you reading this blog post right now, will be tempted to leave the ice on the pimple for wayyyy too long!

Please don't... (just picture me mean mugging you) 

When used on inflammatory acne, ice also has the potential to decrease redness, thereby making your pimples less noticeable. Who wouldn't want that?!?
