Q: Is there a membership fee to enroll?
A: Nope. Absolutely not! With our The Spa Membership, you are fully in control. What does that mean for you… you can start and stop at any time. There’s no fee to subscribe or unsubscribe. For my control freaks out there… you have full control - however, there’s no guarantee you will find those same prices when you decided to join again- even when our prices change… as long as your payments don’t lapse… you will remain grandfathered in.
Q: If I am a member of Luxury Lotus Spa, is there a discount for upgrading my membership?
A: to get things simple and avoid confusion. We give special prices for any service or products you decided to add on outside of your membership plan. However, we do not discount our membership prices. It would not be fair to our current paying members. I’m sure you can understand why 🙂
Q: Is there a contract?
A: Nope! You know your bank accounts/credit card balance better than I do that’s why I wanted to be sure you had full control over your membership. You have full control of your membership level and perks! You really are in full control my dear.
Q: Can I upgrade my service and get a longer treatment?
A: Yes, absolutely! we can convert your monthly fee into a dollar amount and apply that to an upgraded service. You would only need to pay the difference.

Q: When will my credit card be charged each month?
A: That’s totally Your choice. Your billing date is determined by your signup date. You decide what day each month works best for you.
Q: I can set up recurring appointments?
A: Yes you can! In fact, I highly recommend that you take advantage of that ... for example, if you know the first Wednesday of every month works for your schedule, go ahead and block that time off every month. Takes the stress out. It’s such a special feeling knowing that you have your “me time” set aside every month
Q: Can I save my monthly services up and come use them all in one month/day?
A: That would get too messy and stressful. So, absolutely not
Q: Can I share my services?
A: hmmm Yes, you can share 1-2 service per year with a designated person. I know sometimes, last-minute things happen and I don’t want you to miss out completely. It could be a holiday/birthday gift to that person… killing two birds with one stone
Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: Yes, if by freeze you mean cancel/unsubscribe… you’ can always sign up again when you are ready…. However, I can not lock you at the grandfathered rate once your membership lapse and/or is canceled. Remember, It’s like a gym membership… only better.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
