My top two tips are absolutely my favorite skincare tips:
Eating more green veggies or Drinking a green juice every day.
A green juice will be a great replacement to your afternoon coffee and will transform your skin in a matter of days.
The ingredients in the juice help oxygenate the skin and stimulate lymphatic drainage, so it’s de-puffing too!
In other words, it will give your skin life!
Start by eating a bit of avocado every day or even throwing half of an avocado into your morning smoothie. Avocado supplies the skin with healthy fats and phytonutrients to hydrate from the inside out and bring back your natural glow.
Phytonutrients is a substance often found in certain plants which is believed to be beneficial to human health. Best of of all, it help prevent various diseases.
Two of my favorite wayyyyyys to get in my daily dose of avocado is:
The first, on a slice or two of wheat toast as my breakfast. Yummy.
The second way, I get more avocado in my body is by adding it in my rice.
