Q: What insurance do you accept?

A: At this time we do not accept insurance as a form of payment for our skincare services

Q: What is the Luxury Lotus Spa Cancellation policy?

A: We have a strict Cancellation Policy. I kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for service cancellation/Rescheduling and at least 48 hours advance notice for multiple scheduled services, a credit card number is taken to preserve all group Spa appointments. Life happens, and I understand that sometimes the late cancellation/rescheduling is unavoidable. However, you will be charged 50% to 100% for your scheduled services for an insufficient cancellation/change notice. A: Serving clients from the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, Hillsborough community college, Hillsborough County school district, Ybor City, Tampa, Lutz, Lake Magdalene, Carrollwood, Wesley Chapel, Temple Terrace, Riverview, Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and surrounding cities.

Q: Do you offer free estimates, skin analysis, and/or complimentary consultations

A: Yes, we do offer free consultations/estimates/quotes. You can either visit our website to schedule your complimentary 15min consultation call via facetime or phone call… or, you can schedule a complimentary 25-minute clear skin consultation appointment. During the 25min consultation, we go over your skin type, skincare goals, best treatments for your skin and etc. We also include a brief introductory facial treatment.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Take the feeling of the spa home with you 🙂 We always provide free samples to our clients before they make a product purchase with us. A: Our main goal is always to provide you with the absolute BEST with all things skincare, therefore, our prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct on our website and booking page. We do our best to inform our current clients at least 30 days in advance via e-mail of any price changes. Because we care, As a courtesy, we give our current clients the option to prepay for up to 6 treatments at the current price before we change the prices. Q: Can I freeze my Spa membership and start back up at a later date?

Q: Can I share my services with the spa membership program?

A: hmmm Yes, you can share 1-4 service per year with a designated person. I know sometimes, last-minute things happen and I don’t want you to miss out completely. It could be a holiday/birthday gift to that person… kind of like the saying… killing two birds with one stone. Q: Can I save my monthly services up and come use them all in one month/week/day?

A: I recommend having a professional consultation to truly determine your actual skin type and pick up on any specific needs you might have overlooked. An esthetician will take a really close look at your skin and help you to decide what the priorities are for your skincare routine. He/She may tell you something about your skin that you don’t know – for example, even if you think your skin is just a bit dry, it could be because it’s sensitive too, and you just didn’t realize that you were using products that irritated it? Changing your products to a professional range that’s specially designed for your skin type could make all the difference. Q: What precautions do I need to know?

A: We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and also avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service/treatments. Also, do not shave your legs/face prior to a body scrub/facial treatment. Severe sunburn may prevent you from enjoying your spa treatment with us. Be conscious and use sun protection.
