We know that you are extremely busy this time of year, but ask that you please be mindful and respect our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid any fees associated with no-shows and late cancellations.
POLICY: Luxury Lotus Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you will either receive an invoice or be charged automatically $50-$500 – Depending on the service booked.
If we can replace your appointment with a client on the waitlist, we are happy to waive the fee. We ask that you arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment so we have allotted time to devote entirely to your skincare TLC
