How Can you boost that Low Self Esteem and confidence naturally?
Here are 23 killer actions to help you to boost your self-confidence & self-esteem right now.
- Tell yourself daily three positive things you love about yourself!
- Look up positive affirmations to boost self-esteem
- Anytime you look at yourself in the mirror and/or look at a picture of yourself… find 3 things you love about yourself… before you find one thing you don’t like.
- Take care of your looks. Make sure you dress appropriately for every occasion you attend
- Draw your eyebrows on every morning
- Be in a power posture for two minutes daily
- Love your body!
- Get and Stay fit
- Also, get 6-8 hours of sleep
- Smile more - smile at someone new everyday
- Make a list of all the things you enjoy. Pick one of them and include that as part of your day to day activities.
- Write down your fears & steps to overcome them
- Recognize your beliefs and values. Live within your moral values and beliefs
- Speak positive. Replace negative words with positive
- Have specific goals
- Avoid negative people
